How to read, filter, and act on ALumiEye trading signals

Trading Signals

The Signals page is the heart of ALumiEye. It shows every buy and sell signal detected by the AI engine in real time, across all assets in your subscribed market.

What Is a Signal?

A signal is a notification that the AI has detected a potential trading opportunity. It does not tell you to blindly buy or sell — it tells you that certain conditions are met that have historically preceded a price move.

Think of it like a weather forecast: the AI says "conditions look favourable for a move upward." You still decide whether to act.

Reading the Signals Table

Each row in the signals table contains:

ColumnWhat it means
SymbolThe asset ticker (e.g. VNM, BTCUSDT)
TypeBUY (green badge) or SELL (red badge)
QuantitySignal strength expressed as a percentage
PriceThe asset's price at the moment the signal was generated
TimeHow long ago the signal was created (e.g. "5 minutes ago")

Signal Types

Beyond just buy and sell, each signal has a sub-type that describes what the AI detected:

Signal TypeMeaning
OpenA new position opportunity is detected — first signal for a move
IncreaseAn existing buy signal is getting stronger — consider adding to a position
DecreaseAn existing buy signal is weakening — consider reducing exposure
CloseThe move appears to be ending — consider closing a position

Understanding Signal Strength (Quantity)

The Quantity column shows how strong the signal is, expressed as a percentage. The higher the number, the more confident the AI is.

StrengthColourWhat it means
20% and aboveRedVery strong — the AI has high conviction
10% – 20%OrangeStrong — worth close attention
2% – 10%BlueModerate — valid but less urgent
Below 2%GreyWeak — treat with caution

Beginner tip: If you are new, focus on signals at 10% or above. Stronger signals have a higher historical hit rate. Do not act on every signal you see — wait for the ones that align with your own view.

Filtering Signals

You can narrow down the signal list using filters at the top of the page.

Note: Signal filtering is available on Pro and Premium plans.

Available filters:

  • Symbol — Type a ticker to show only signals for that asset (e.g. BTC, VNM)
  • Side — Filter to show only BUY signals or only SELL signals
  • Signal Type — Filter by open, close, increase, or decrease
  • Date range — Show signals from a specific time window

Click Apply after selecting your filters, or Clear to reset.

Pagination

Signals are shown 15 per page, newest first. Use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of the table to move between pages.

The total signal count is shown above the table so you always know how many signals match your current filter.

On Mobile

On smaller screens, each signal is shown as a card rather than a table row. The left border colour tells you the direction:

  • Green border — BUY signal
  • Red border — SELL signal
