Create your account and start using ALumiEye in minutes

Getting Started

This guide walks you through everything from creating your account to reading your first signal. Follow each step in order and you will be up and running in under 5 minutes.


Step 1 — Create Your Account

  1. Click Start Free on the homepage
  2. Enter your email address, a display name (optional), and a password (minimum 8 characters)
  3. Confirm your password and click Sign Up
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside

Tip: If you do not receive the email within a minute, go back to the Sign In page and click Resend verification email. You can resend once every 60 seconds.


Step 2 — Sign In

  1. Go to the Sign In page
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Sign In

You will be redirected to the app automatically after a successful login.


Step 3 — Choose Your Market

The first time you log in, ALumiEye will ask you to choose a market. This is the market you want to follow.

MarketWhat it covers
StocksVietnamese stock market (VN Index, HOSE, VN30)
CryptoMajor cryptocurrency pairs (BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, XRP…)

Select a market and click Continue. You can add more markets later from the Billing page.

Free plan users start with the Stocks market. Crypto requires a Pro or Premium subscription.


Step 4 — Explore the Dashboard

After choosing your market, you land on the Dashboard. Here is what you will see:

  • Market KPIs — Key numbers for your market (e.g. VN Index, HOSE Value, Net Foreign flow for stocks; BTC and ETH price for crypto)
  • Recent Signals — The 3 most recent buy/sell signals detected by the AI
  • Your Plan — Your current subscription tier and renewal date

This is your home base. Everything else is one click away in the left sidebar.


Step 5 — Read Your First Signal

Click Signals in the left sidebar. You will see a list of trading signals, newest first.

Each signal row shows:

SymbolThe asset (e.g. VNM, BTCUSDT)
TypeBuy (green) or Sell (red)
QuantitySignal strength as a percentage — higher means stronger
PriceThe market price when the signal was generated
TimeHow long ago the signal appeared

Understanding signal strength (Quantity):

  • 20%+ — Very strong signal (shown in red to highlight urgency)
  • 10–20% — Strong signal (orange)
  • 2–10% — Moderate signal (blue)
  • Below 2% — Weak signal (grey)

For beginners: Start by paying attention to signals above 10%. These are the ones the system considers most significant.


Step 6 — Check Your Watchlist

Click Watchlist in the sidebar. Add the assets you trade most often so you can find their signals and positions quickly.


Step 7 — Understand the Market

Click Market in the sidebar to see:

  • Top Movers — Assets with the biggest price changes today
  • Market Sentiment — The overall mood: Bullish (buyers in control), Neutral, or Bearish (sellers in control)
